Presented by Pennsylvania State Senator Art Haywood

Senator Art Haywood serves the 4th Senatorial District, and he is Democratic chair of the Health and Human Services Committee, sits on the Appropriations, Finance, Intergovernmental Operations, and Judiciary Committees, and is co-chair of the Senate Criminal Justice Reform Caucus. Senator Haywood was one of four legislators to receive the 2019 Allegheny College Prize for Civility in Public Life in Pennsylvania.
